Chapter 1 - Alex
The sun doesn’t always shine,
heroes can break down and cry.
The rain will fall,
and the darkness begins to call.
The world holds silence
as the little boys dies.
The day returns
as all his friends cry.
A hit and run,
and a life is done.
The man is never caught,
but a sad lesson has been taught.
A life that is young and has only just begun,
even though it is held so dear,
it can be killed and only remembered in tears.
May this hold forever true,
and may that driver never be you.

Died in a hit and run on Friday June 4th. He was a 7th grader at Stacey
Middle School.
