Sonic was lying on the roof of the Thorndykes mansion, napping again, when Knuckles came running up to the house. He said"Hey Sonic! Someone has stolen the Master Emerald! " Sonic opened one eye and said " Well, what do you want me to do about it? " . "Well I thought you could help me find it?" Knuckles said, startled. " Okay, then. " Said Sonic jumping down from the roof. " Lets go. "
