Chapter 1 - Outside

OUTSIDE


If the world is all you know
Then all your friends are continents
And destruction means to go so I leave my compliments:
A pillow case of clothes, pen and paper, all he knows slung upon his shoulder already feeling older.
If the world is all you know then goodbye is suicide
From all the parents down below who took it all
And lied.The billow takes the sun to the shadows where he's gone.
his soul is feeling colder crushed
Underneath his boulder. So if you find you cannot care then there's a universe outside
And all you need to get there is a family
With no pride.
A pillowcase of clothes full of the memories he knows but when all you've kept is hate you have to
Set it down and shift the weight from his heart to his hands from his friends to his plans from his soul
To his legs once he prayed,
now he begs...
That it's true that worlds can die and goodbye is suicide and that there is a universe outside--
where No one's lied.
Where nobody lies.
