CH 1 The girl sat by the gravestone. She sighed and lay down the flowers she had brought. If only he hadn’t stuck out his neck like that. She looked up and read the message carved in the gray stone.Here lies Zim.Beloved Friend.Gone but never forgotten.Charlotte wiped the tears from her eyes and stood up to go home. She took once last glance at the stone as she left the gates of the cemetary.
