Chapter 1 - Ashy to Ashy, Dust to Dirt
IT WAS a boring,muggy day in Windwood, Whereverton, and Leo was in the park, practicing with his baton.Everything was going rather....normal this time, that is, until he heard a blunt,loud "THUD!" sound coming from a tree behind him.
Leo spun around to see a tall, skinny girl with long black hair,wearing a pair of overalls and an old T-shirt.He stared at her clear blue eyes for a second, then the girl,who had obviously fell out of the tree, blushed and said one word.
"Hi."
She was obviously shy, and didn't expect to see anyone here, since this was a rather hidden part of the park.
"Hi...Who are you?" he said, looking amazed that another person was in the middle of a field, just hanging out.
"I'm Janie Kairu.But everybody calls me Ashy.Who are you?"
"I'm Leo" he replied
