And there were plenty of 14 years olds in my middle school. My friend Nell in middle school could make the greatest pictures I've ever seen, and I guarantee that they were better than this kid in the video. So don't instantly think middle schoolers can't comprehend, "understanding of art and illustration."

xD No, my middle school friend's name is Nell and he can literally draw this good. You have no idea how many young, talented people there are on the Earth. My Nell friends has been working with PS and his tablet since a kid.

I understand that, though it means several years of extensive training, as well as personal observation. They would have to process extremely large amounts of information in two or three years, instead of the ten or so years that it would take an average person to learn the skills.

Not several years or two-3 years. I'm sure a middle schooler has more years than that to improve and study art. A child, if he/she can be born with easy learning ability, can be taught the foundations of art early(just like you can teach a child to play the piano early) and work his way up by doing creative things. And there ARE people who can process large amounts of information just fine. It's clearly THESE people who can be taught to become artistically gifted and talented by middle-school years.
