I can't recommend you other art sites because your artworks doesn't seem to fit in. So, I found websites that seem suitable for you.

why,

If you want to know why your artworks hasn't submit to Fanart-central because you need to wait for your artworks in "pending" to review by staff members. 
If your artworks is declined by staff members which is mean the staff members didn't accept your artworks to submit because the staff members might find the artworks against the rules or probably be mistake.
If your artworks is accepted by the staff members which is mean that your artworks is finally submit to Fanart-central.
Keep in mind, Fanart-Central is COMPLETELY different from DeviantArt and other art websites.
