This picture makes him look demonic... but then again, he's the biggest prankster you'll ever meet (if you could meet cartoons).I like what you did, but I just have two problems with it (yes, I'm picky):
One, the angle that you drew it from looks boring. If you decide to draw him again (or if you already did, I haven't looked at other pictures by you yet), please put a slight angle on him so it doesn't look like "Oh wow, it's just me right here facing directly at you." It can show that he is looking straight at you, but it also gives a plain vibe to it.
Secondly, I have a problem with the background because there's nothing. It's like a school photo without the exotic background. His smile doesn't even fit something like that (he would have a smile like he was almost laughing).
I don't have a problem with proportions, eyes, hair, or anything, which is a good start. Now add some flair!
