Spout

spout,only a puppy is very playful. he belongs to Fred. he was found swimming in the ocean while croc and his family were on a cruise. he's sometimes hyper and runs around alot. he loves to play with balls of yarn and play fetch. he chews on a lot of things. he's an excellent swimmer being a water type beast and all, and can swim as fast as a jet. his water blast attack is so power ful it can penatrate metal!
