FAC Valentine's Day Contest (2012)

CONTEST: If you could have anyone for Valentine's, who would it be?

Deadline: February 25, 2012 (CLOSED)

Theme: Everyone dreams about that super special someone- maybe your Biology classmate, Leonardo Dicaprio, Spiderman, or even that handsome Pyramid Head! [/b]

Whoever it is, now is your time to put your creepy-stalker powers to the test and draw them with you for Valentine's Day!

Rules:
1. Only 1 submission per user
2. When February 25, 2012 12:00 AM passes, submissions are closed for the contest. I do not take late work, no matter how good you are. :)
3. No explicit violence!

Scoring Guidelines:
Skill: 40 points

- You can use crafts, digital mediums, traditional mediums(etc.) to express this theme, but you need skill to make it look good! Whatever style you work with, whether anime or realism, make it synchronize with your idea, and your skill will inevitably show.

Creativity: 30 points

- Love is in the air. Thus, so is Valentine's pranks, wrong-doings, mess-ups, and just plain strange/outrageous outcomes. We all hear on the news that not every Valentines comes out perfect!

Romance: 20 points

- Honestly, how can Valentines be without romance, which can span from kissing/hugging/smiling cutely to plain pillow talk? Romance IS Valentines! (this category can blend with Creativity a bit)

- Valentine's is never black and white. Red, pink, red, yellow and other warm colors are usually affiliated with Valentines, but that does not mean you cannot use other colors across the spectrum!

- Her "different" kind of Valentine's Day picture makes us reflect less on the generic lovey-dovey romance and more on the issue of being with someone "forever," through thick and thin, and loving them despite a changed appearance. Would we want a loved one to come back to life on this special day or take it back when we see their "different" face?
