O_o I dunno who he is (you're wondering why I looked at this? The word 'random' was drawing me in. xD), but I'm going to say thanks to him, because without brakes, you can't ride your innocent bike up and down hills without getting yourself killed. Same with cars. But what am I mubmling about? You people already know this stuff. So I'll shut up now. Anyways, great pic, I love how you drew him all chibi-ish. I love his expressions.
