I would like things to work out
everything to be ok
but i'm so confused
I don't know what to say
I might not care about you
the way you do about me
I care about you as a friend
but that's all I think we should be
suddenly letting go
of everything we had
I know it will be hard
and you'll be very sad
but we'll be friends forever
trust me I can see
even if that's all
we will ever be.
