Chapter 1 - Loss
Even though people fear uncertainty
They fear what is most certain to happen even more
Death
It is inevitable
The exact time and place is unknown for most
But without doubt everyone will experience it
Without doubt everyone will have to deal with it in some manner
The loss of a grandparent, parent or pet
If everything goes the way it should
It is inevitable
Mourning is a pure selfish thing
It doesn’t help anyone but yourself
The death don’t care anymore
They are what they are
Dead
Still we helplessly shed tears
Cry about things that can’t be changed
It is human nature
Pointless yet helpful
So we can continue living our lives
At least there’s one certainty
Someday we will join the ones we lost
To become one of the lost ourselves
They fear what is most certain to happen even more
Death
It is inevitable
The exact time and place is unknown for most
But without doubt everyone will experience it
Without doubt everyone will have to deal with it in some manner
The loss of a grandparent, parent or pet
If everything goes the way it should
It is inevitable
Mourning is a pure selfish thing
It doesn’t help anyone but yourself
The death don’t care anymore
They are what they are
Dead
Still we helplessly shed tears
Cry about things that can’t be changed
It is human nature
Pointless yet helpful
So we can continue living our lives
At least there’s one certainty
Someday we will join the ones we lost
To become one of the lost ourselves
