Chapter 1 - Death

Never in my imaginary life
I imagined it would come for me
Dark and cold
It had no moble carcass
It was just
A black
Wandering soul

Shaky hands reached for my throat
White eyes bore into my soul
Hands of Death went into my body
They grabbed my soul
And ripped with no falter

I stood there with my mouth gaping wide
It was a big mistake though
Death kissed my coloreless lips
Death's Kiss I had now felt

I crumpled to my knees
Taking my last breath in great need
The formless shape laughed

And then Death walked out the door
My soul was gone
So was my body

I was condemned to walk this Earth forever
I stood now
With my last strength
I scanned for prey
And found it with ease

I fed that night on human blood for me
While Death watched me from the corner of his eye
Death came to me once more
I fought him off into the shadows
No more Death to roam around me
I was free of Death's cry
