I showed you I love you,
But you threw it away.
I showed you I cared,
But there was nothing to say.
You left me alone with silence,
And left me alone with tears.
Why can’t you see,
How you brought on my worst fears.
I wish you would give me a chance,
And I wish you would see.
Just how much I am,
And how much more I can be.
