Perfect



Since the moment we met eyes,

I've been madly in love with you.

Since that time I wondered why,

I've loved you and to this day,

I have no logical reason.

Around me you are perfect,

No matter what you do,

Or what you say I think you perfect.

You're always there,

So at night I sit around and wonder why.



Why were you always there for me?

Can someone answer this?

Are you my angel?

Or just more than friend.

Why do I give a damn?

That I can answer,

And it's because I love you,

And I always will love you.

Why my angel,

Can't I just take you in my arms forevermore.



I've always wondered why my angel,

Why you did what you did.

And why you said what you said,

Making me feel I'm not good enough.

Can you tell me why I can't have you?

And why the others can?

Since I'm the one

Who thinks you're perfect.
