Frozen Heart



You knew I cared about you,

But you turned on me anyway.

Now when I'm alone,

I sit and ask myself why you did it.

Yet for as long as I can sit,

I can not think of a reason.

Though I'll kill myself by doing so,

I'll stay by your side until the end.

Even if this means losing all I cherish,

I'll still gain one thing, and that's your heart.



You've frozen my heart,

Yet I refuse to let you see that.

Because no matter what you do,

Or what you say I love you.

Yet it seems I can not make you,

See this fact so you go with them.

And I'll wait forever,

If that's what it takes to win your heart.

Because I know,

That's what it takes to win your heart.



I sit and wonder even when I'm with you,

When will you be mine?

When can I hold you in my arms?

And hear you say I love you, and truly mean it.

Yet I still think,

I will never hear you say I love,

You while I hold you in my arms,

Because I cant make you happy.

What can I do to make you see,

The fact I love you,

But you've frozen my heart
