Chapter 1 - Be Mine

Since I first walked towards you,

As if drawn to you by something,

It seems that's saying I love you,

For once isn't enough to you now.

Now matter how hard I try to fight,

I can not beat you or the force that,

Often pulls me towards you,

And makes me fall madly in love with you.

Why can't I fight you no matter what I do?

Or how much I know I need to,

It seems that you will always win but why,

Is it because I'm madly in love with you?

I sit alone at times or even with you,

And just try and think to myself,

Why can't I finally win, and why don't I give in,

It seems that now ill always just be your friend.

Although I want to be more than just a friend,

It seems nothing I can do can please you.

So it seems, I am cursed to walk alone,

While I see you with the others,

Thinking silently to myself,

Why wont she,

Be mine?
