Chapter 1 - Goodbye
Chapter 1 - Goodbye
As the tears fall down my face
everything stands still,
even time and space.
I look into your eyes
but see nothing,
but all of your goodbyes.
I hate to see you leave
but as you can see,
I've already rolled my sleeve.
As you walk out that door
i stand still and freeze,
my knees hit the floor.
There is nothing left of us
no connection,
no fuse.
After a few months pass by
i wonder, how long,
are you gonna sit there and lie?
I lay in bed
what made this happen,
what was the last thing i sayed.
So i just put on a fake smile
so other people think,
im good after awhile.
Well today is a new day
so im going to start by,
saying hello and hey.
