Well, Uhhhhh...I gues Piccolo and Bura could share a realationship but...........Sorry, I just puked in my mouth abit
So anyways, they could, though I doubt Piccolo would ever want to have anything to do with Vegeta or Vegeta's brat. Besides, Bura isn't innocent, she's SPOILED!!!!
