Chapter 1 - Untitled
MAGICIAN
the curious masses
create a ripple
it shudders through the crowd
as they watch his unblinking eyes.
my spine tingles
as I watch his hands
scrutinizing eyes stare,
his hands
flare with a glowing green light.
this pure clear green
flickers and erupts
a pure clear blue.
my blood turns to ice
as his eyes face mine.
I don't know why
but he fills me with fear.
he blinks and the crowds vanish
his power radiates from within him.
I'm all alone
with him
the most powerful being
there ever was.
he could kill
with one wave of his hands
where these beautiful flames
have erupted.
he moves closer
the heat burns my heart
his eyes pierce my soul.
his hands waves
and my body collapses.
my mind drifts away
I see my body
lifeless
but I am captured.
he holds me
in his hands
and laughs
an evil laugh
that chills
my incorporeal soul…
