Chapter 1 - Untitled
Evening and night
Go outside
lie down on your back
feel the grass ripple beneath you
feel as the cool night breeze kisses your check.
Watch it as it glides
through the open skies
waxing waning
melting into place.
Watch them as they bow
to the moon's every wish
because they know
to her, they are inferior.
Feel the palmtrees
as they sway
to the twinkle
of the stars.
Breathe!
it gives you life
this priceless memory
of the skies.
