Chapter 1 - My Crush...
Waiting for the moment in time,
To let my mouth unlock and words flow,
You know I think about you?
You feel anything for me,
As I wait for the moment,
To verbalize my feelings towards you?
The point in time has come!
I will speak my affection for you here and now!
I can’t hold it in anymore.
Like a flame within my heart fighting to get free,
It needs to be known.
Secrets need to be no more! Here I go.
Headed for you with heavy breath,
I lift my head to address to you,
Only to see you’re gone, And I waited too long!
I stand there. In disbelief. Hating the truth.
A tear begins to shape along my cheek.
My chest collapses with regret.
For he will never know how I felt.
