Chapter 1 - Goodbyes

Fear surrounds me but I don't cry,
Left alone to slowly die.
Am I selfish? For I know,
I'm not worth what you show.
I will go for the sake of you,
I am alone with nothing that's true.
Dry my tears or hold my hand,
If you don't want to, I understand.
Goodbye forever, I love you all,
My selfishness has caused your fall.

And treat those I love, as I should.
