Voices



I hear them in my head

Everyday, every night in my bed

“Play with us, play with us forever” they say

I deny them, I don't listen

But it's hard to ignore

When they promise happiness

“Play with us, forever and ever”

Have I finally lost my mind

I take my dagger and do what's done

Now I play with them, forever and ever
