“Stop Loving You”
Sometimes I wish to fast forward through life.
Just like flash backs that have the blade of a knife.
Times of days I wonder if I could just skip,
In little pieces they would rip.
Just when I start to remember you,
Seeing me again, what would you do?
Would you wish for my heart to stop beating?
Would you ask your mind to stop thinking?
Just to kill a love that’s true?
That’s telling me to stop loving you.
Standing in the rain.
Wanting to stop the pain.
Crying and so lonely.
Dark and so chilly.
Just when I start to remember you,
Seeing me again, what would you do?
Would you wish for my heart to stop beating?
Would you ask your mind to stop thinking?
Just to kill a love that’s true?
That’s telling me to stop loving you.
Finally, I’ll break through.
