Chapter 1 - The Rose
As red as fresh drawn blood,
Green like the most lushious grass,
Thorns as sharp as swords and as thick as the trunk of an old tree,
The maidden in the men,
The sun in the stars,
Beholder of beauty,
The token of love,
Goddess of life,
The light in death,
The rose,
The ruler of all
