Chapter 1 - Dreamer
Last night I dreamed you still loved me,
You seemed so happy just like before,
But it was just a dream, it don't mean a thing,
Cause I know you don't love me anymore.
And though everything seemed so real,
It was all too good to be true,
Last night I dreamed you still loved me,
Just as much as I still love you.
I think it must have been in the winter,
There was fresh fallen snow on the ground,
But it was just a dream, it don't mean a thing,
These days it's cold all year round.
Last niht I dreamed you were still with me,
You were still my love and my friend,
But it was just a dream, it don't mean a thing,
I know I'll never see you again.
