A dark poem

It started when I saw 11

Just turning 12

In my room

Pitch black and all

Afraid of the Truth

Afraid of Life

Them 12 I am

So the dream

I dream of the future

This is not my dream

Where are the Angels the

Protect me

Where are the souls that

Help me

My mind is the lie

Living for me so I can hide

Hello

Them suddenly I know the I'm not sleeping

Hello

I'm still here

Living in this world of Despair and loneliness

Where is my Light?

My Guide my Hope

My Dream

Where is my story?

My book of my life

I'm blinded by fear and soon to be blinded by my tears

I can stop the if I will it all away

Don't turn away

Don't give in to the pain

Don't try to hide

Though they scream my name

Don't close your eyes

God knows what lies behind them

But I told you not to turn off the lights

Never Sleep Never Die
