Chapter 2 - It was all a lie
Chapter 2 - It was all a lie
It was all a lie;
All she said;
All she did.
She could have stopped it with just two little words;
It’s over.
The pain would have been great,
But nothing compared too this.
I might have gotten over that, maybe;
But I’ll never get over this.
Knowing she cheated on me…..
All the kisses I gave;
All the “I love yous” I said;
Were for nothing.
She played with my emotions;
Led me on,
And then she left.
Left me to sort through my feelings,
Not knowing what to do.
But oh;
That was the sweetest of lies.
All she said;
All she did.
