Chapter 1 - Scream

I scream,
But no one hears.
When will I wake up from this horrible dream?
The blood runs down my arm,
As I drop the razor.
This is my life, plaugued by self harm.
Don't you see?
These scars, these marks,
Are all a silent scream?
A scream from a tormented mind
That can't take it anymore,
But you shun me as if you were blind.
You only became disturbed,
Or stare in horror and disbelief.
You leave me feeling ashamed.
My scream still unheard.
