Chapter 1 - Ch.1

I ran on, not knowing when to stop. It was chasing me with its ever so many minions. I watched as the landscape changed quickly before me- it comes from running 100 mph. Before long, I was alone. They were too slow and tired to follow me. The very second I paused to catch a breath, however, the others caught me. I remember having one of them drill a hole through my stomach and toss me to the ground, running away with glee. All went black as I lay on the ground, bleeding, choking, dying.
