Chapter 1 - Suicide Season

Well.. the name of the poem is actually the name of one of my favourite songs, by a band called Bring Me The Horizon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bring_Me_the_Horizon and I think they're the best band ever. If you like heavy music, I'd suggest this band, songs by them that I really like include ones such as Suicide Season, The Comedown, Chelsea Smile, 15 Fathoms Counting (Which is instrumental and nothing like their usual stuff) and Football Season Is Over.

I wrote this poem because I very unhappy, and poetry helps me release emotion, and I think raw emotion works for poetry... I'm not into soppy romantic crap, I prefer gothic poems that metophorically represent death.

Suicide Season
Falling ever faster,
deeper into oblivion
going home.
Fearing forever longer
of living without you, here.
Now, then and to come
Images of your face
Filled my sleepless head
Floods of sorrow stained my pillow.
Longing and loneliness
emotions no one should feel
I’m reaching for death
I feel his cold breath
as I’m falling
deeper into oblivion
I’m home
