Chapter 1 - fly away
Chapter 1 - fly away
In this world
I am looked at like a freak
An outcast by the way I act
People look
People ask
I don’t care anymore
I show nothing
Not even the slightest emotion that I care
But I do
Trained myself to not show it
I might have just blown it
I should have forfeit
Now I don’t know where I can be
Not normal
Not myself
Not even those who judge me
I turn away from this cold world
Only to be made into a hard
Cold
Heartless
Emotionless
No body
I don’t care anymore
If I live
If I die
I want to fly
Fly away from it all
Soar like the golden eagle
Fly away
Live it all behind me
Start a new
Hey who could have knew
Could be the best
I might even get some rest
But I can’t
Clipped wings
Make it’s so hard to fly
I don’t want to die here
I need to get away
Make a chance
I will try one more dance
With my wings and the wind
That they may
Finally lead me were I belong.
