Alone

I'm all alone

No one around

Just alone

In this cold world

Alone

In the dark

Forever

Hearing

Surrounding through and through

In a small space

Deep in the shadows

Forgotten

No one loves me

Except……one



Gone

I've been gone

For hours

Sleeping inside my cocoon

But in another world

Someone who loves me

Stands and waits for my returning

But I don't love him back

Am I ever going to return?

I sleep safely inside myself

Hoping I will soon be taken away

But everyone seemed so happy

That I left reality

Hopefully I will be in someone's arms

In my new home

Now I feel like

I have escaped reality

With painful memories of killing and dying

I feel like I am gone



Evanescence

Evanescence

A world of many meanings

To fade away

To disappear or vanish

Many

Being alone in the dark

Fading into the shadows

Of the minds of people

Acting as though others don't EXIST

As memories disappear

The remains of people are gone

Gone forever



The Remembrance of the Dead

The dead

Another type of person

Who need to be remembered

For the special things they did

Alone

In the depths of the dirt

Rotting away

Forgotten underneath the surface

But still will be remembered

And will never be forgotten

In the minds of people

This is called

The Remembrance of the Dead
