Chapter 1 - The One:
The One
Confusion soars through their mind
Several different thoughts racing to make their impression.
Anxiety
Suspicion
Happiness
Sadness
Love
The greatest of these
Can create the rest of the emotions
Whichever you chose could be possible
Confusing to understand
Impossible to completely comprehend.
Visions of one person soar through their mind
Who they are
Their personal appearance
Their voice
Their personality
Their likes and dislikes.
Impossible to erase from the mind.
They will for now linger.
The longing intensifies with each day
Hour
Minute
Second
To see
To hear
To be near that person
Will they ever truly be a pair?
Will they forever remain apart?
Time will tell
But whenever that day comes
Will forever remain a mystery
To
Us
All.
