Chapter 1 - When Words Fail
When Words Fail
My anxiety increases;
The feeling of being near you intensifies.
Forbidden is the feeling I have;
Unknown is the answer to whom the feeling is for.
If only you could see;
How I am without the fear,
Without the anxiety,
Without wondering;
Whether or not u feel the same.
If only you could hear;
The words I speak;
Words of encouragement,
Words of longing,
Words of eagerness,
Words of wondering;
Whether or not u feel the same.
If only you could hear;
The words I speak;
Words of encouragement,
Words of longing,
Words of eagerness,
Words of adoration.
If you only knew;
The depth of my affection,
The purity of my heart,
The meaning you bring to life.
Only words on paper;
Now can express how I feel.
When you are near;
My voice fails me,
My body trembles,
My being is keen on falling apart.
If only I had the strength;
To tell you how I feel.
For now words on paper;
Are all I have,
To show you
Your meaning
To me.
