Chapter 1 - My angel
My Angel
My Angel has no eagle wings
Nor hair of sunshine gold.
He weilds no sword of brillant light
No halo crowns his head.
He does not don a snowy robe
No sky blue eyes has he.
I know what you are saying,
What kind of Angel is he?
He's the Angel thats always there
To help me when I'm down.
He's the one who helps me cope
With life's unfair reign.
He makes me laugh and smile
When I am sad and lonely.
He's always there to talk to
When I need a friend.
I'm not saying that he's perfect
Cause no one ever is.
I have been angry
I have been hurt.
Sometimes his words are heavy
More than I can bare.
But one glance into his eyes
And all my sorrows vanish.
