I believe that, at least in Norway, that is due to the how the school practically steps on creative children. Also, now adays logics are often more appreciated than creativity, which is a sad development.

indeed. An artist can see a work of art in almost anything.

it's true. Depending on enviornment and encouragement the child's creativty will either decrease or increase, I find that very interesting actually.

There's always something new to learn, and practice makes everyone better. without it, there would be no good artists ^^
And you learn new things for the rest of your life.

art can be so many different things. In fact, I've never seen a piece of real art that I've hated. I've seen fanart that I've disliked, but not for the artwork itself, more for the theme chosen.

And did you know that every child is born with the exact same ammount creativity and ability to create?
