Chapter 12 - Chrono & Rosette
Some how I just can't put you in the past.
I never dreamt that you'd be the one I'd love,
Though I am the devil you kept.
Your fate was already sealed when I met you,
And you and I defied God.
I told you I'd do anything just to make you laugh and see you smile,
Though I was the one who was taking so much.
We kept a promise that we'd keep till we died.
We kept each others secrets and helped each other through hard times,
Though I took so much you still loved me.
You knew this day would come.
I knew you'd fear it.
I never thought I'd see you cry when you were so strong.
I didn't mean to cause you so much pain,
But now we're the same and I can feel what you have all this time.
As the suns sets you finally tell me how you felt,
The clock is still ticking,
Let's use what time we have left.
I'll follow you to the heavens though are contract will end.
I'll admit there was a girl before you when I was naïve,
But after all those years you found me and knew you were here come back to me.
I took so much yet you loved me and I loved you too.
I'll never forget you,
I'll follow you into pure bliss.
What I'm trying to say is you're everything to me and I never want to leave you.
As time draws near you take me close,
And we take are eternities slumber together…
Forever…

Please be polite when you comment on this poem! It took a lot for me to deside to post it due to it making me cry everytime I read it and it just means a lot to me. Just think of it as a tibute to Chrono and Rosette! Thank You!
