Pirates Deep Down Inside



We're all pirates deep down inside,

Looking for treasure

Allowing us to be consumed with pride.

We're tough and mean

Always trying to get what we do not need.

We're looking for a special treasure,

That no one can find,

Unless they have a special map,

To show them the divine.

As we go through life sailing seas

And tough waves,

We need to be brave and follow

God's ways.

If we find the treasure,

We'll be rich for ever

With joy to keep us sailing away,

To keep on seeking treasure,

With his hand showing us the way.



As we dress as pirates today,

Let us all know to pray,

That God will show us our special treasure,

Because we are all

Pirates deep down inside.
