Section-2: For those of you who are under a limit and can't just run around and go where ever you want and meet whoever like in Section-1, this is the thing for you. Simply, whenever you go somewhere with lots of interesting looking people, just greet them!! Don't be picky, though. Make friends with whoever and don't decide if you want to be his or her friend depending on their religion/subculture/stereotype/race/gender. Say hi, and introduce yourself, don't worry about making an impression and be yourself. If you think you two are friends by the time you have to leave, ask for their e-mail, phone number, or username on whatever website. From there on in, keep in touch and try to have meetings or whatever. :D
