Not every night, but yes, I began having night terrors when I was about eleven, twelve. U___U They're definitely not fun. My body is fooled into thinking my nightmares are real, that's why they're called Night Terrors, and not just normal nightmares. Everything I feel in my dreams feels as if it's really happening... Yeah. I tried going on sleep medication, but, it would either zonk me out so hard that I would sleep nearly sixteen hours a day, or worsen them.SO~ I pretty much meditate now, before I go to bed. It helps a lot. It doesn't get rid of them, but it helps. <3
