Todd: *He very weakly holds Key's hand as she so firmly holds his. Not a single emotion appears on his face* ...

Key: *murmurs quietly* we'll bring you back soon... I promise... <:(

Todd: *Only blankly stares at her, cold and dead and rotting. One must wonder if any damage has yet been done to the lower half of his face* ...

Key: * wonders why the bottom of his face is wrapped up in bandages... She reaches out, out of pure curiosity, and pulls the wrappings down*

Todd: *His lips have already partly rotted away, his teeth showing. He continues to stare*

Key: D8!!! *pulls the bandages back up, hiding his face again* D: ... <:( ...

Todd: *He backs up and slowly shambles away, toward the group once more*

Altodd: *Is flopped over Harry's legs, asleep*

Blood Puppet: *Leans against a tree, bored* ...

Mia: *is asleep against the tree next to blood puppet*

Key: ... *follows him over to the group. She spots altodd and decides to leave him there, then looks over at Blood Puppet and gives him a small wave*

Blood Puppet: *He looks over at Key, his mask hiding his face and emotions, and waves back a little at her* ...

Altodd: *Asleep*

Todd: ...

Key: *sits down across from him with a tired sigh* ...

Blood Puppet: *He sits down next to Mia and takes off his mask and hat. He nuzzles her*

Todd: ...

Altodd: *asleep*

Key: *is very unused to seeing Blood Puppet without his mask--she watches quietly*

Mia: mm... *nuzzles him back slightly*

Blood Puppet: *He smiles and kisses Mia's cheek, happy to finally be reunited with her*

Mia: *smiles in her sleep and snuggles closer*

Key: *smiles a bit--at least they were on their way to a happy ending. She looks over at Todd and her smile vanishes. Will they forgive each other so easily?*

Todd: *Stares off blankly into space* ...

Blood Puppet: *Keeps himself snuggled up against Mia, feeling happier than he has in a very long time*

Key: *hugs her legs to her chest, and rests her chin on her knees, lost in thought for the rest of the night, feeling strangely lonely without Mehnit talking to her*

Key: *follows his gaze, and immediately regrets it. She averts her eyes, biting her lip, trying not to think about how he died*

Todd: *He looks up a little and weakly holds his hand out to take Key's. He is too weak, however, and only ends up sliding his hand off her arm, it dropping lifelessly once more* ...

Altodd: *Runs around, pain having disappeared from his body, returning his freedom to him*

Key: *eventually tires out, and pauses to catch her breath, keeping an eye on Altodd to make sure he doesn't go too far*

Altodd: *Runs around all over, even climbing in the trees and such, occasionally howling*

Key: ! *follows him around, not really trying to keep up. she just hopes he'll actually get TIRED at some point...*

Altodd: *suddenly runs back to the group*

Todd: *stands with the group, waiting for Key, apparently* ...

Key: ! *decides to run after him this time, not noticing Todd hanging by the edge of the group*

Altodd: *Runs into the group*

Everyone: *Sleeping*

Todd: *When Key gets close, he steps forward and takes his shoulder, staring at her* ...

Key: --!! *stares back at him, half afraid and half curious--was that him, or the necromancer acting?*

Todd: *He stays like that, staring at her, still as a statue. Though he does this, his eyes are still blank and lifeless and he isn't breathing* ...

Key: .... *slowly tries to pull away*

Todd: *As Key pulls away, his hand slips and falls off her shoulder. He slowly looks over at his fallen hand* ...

Key: ... *cant wait until they bring him back to life... She wonders if he can feel anything*

Todd: Hhh... *He looks back up at Key* ...

Key: *stares back, still unsure if he's there or not...*

Todd: *He stares at her for a while, then looks down at his fatal wound. Already it was rotting a bit at the edges, the dried blood caked around the edges and covering the dead organs shimmering in the moonlight like onyx. His ribs are slightly visible and stained pink, one completely broken off and missing while others are cracked and massively chipped around the edges* ...

Altodd: *his bones heal and his jaw snaps back into place. He whimpers*

Sun: *Set*

Moon: *Rising*

Key: !!! *backs away from the group, waiting for something to happen*

Everyone: O________O

Altodd: *Sees the moon and howls at it, this being his only comfort through his excruciating pain*

Everyone: O___O;

Key: *stands there, frozen, waiting for something to happen* ....

Lucifer: ... You are not shifting.

Altodd: *Howls at the moon*

Everyone: .__.;

Key: ...I'm NOT. <:D *looks at her arm--it had healed without her noticing* But... WHY? D;

Lucifer: The demekarr probably got rid of your curse.

Altodd: *howls*

Everyone: *relieved*

Key: ...Tch... okay, maybe I shouldn't shut her up so she can TELL me these things...!

Sarah: I doubt she would have told you either way. D;

Lucifer: ... If we have this settled, perhaps we can sleep.

Sam: Yaay. D;>

Todd: ...

Harry: :/ *picks up Altodd*

Altodd: *snarls and struggles in the tall man's grip*

Key: D: Give him to me, I'll take him somewhere so he can run around, tire himself out...

Everyone else: *getting comfortable*

Harry: :/ *Hands him over to Key*

Altodd: *STRUGGLES MORE*

Todd: ...

Lucifer: *leads people back*

Key: Hey, shhhhhh. D: *to Lucifer* I'll catch up with you guys, okay?

Lucifer: Alright. Good luck with him.

Altodd: *Lets out a few cries*

Key: Thanks... *goes in a different direction, petting Altodd to try calming him down* Shhh...

Altodd: *calms down a bit* ... Mrr...

Key: Good boy... ooookay. *sets him down on the ground*

Altodd: *As soon as he is released, he dashes off with the quickness of lightning, a trail of dust and dirt kicked up as he sprints*

Key: !! *expected that, but was still caught-off guard by his sudden energy--she chases him*

Altodd: *Is frozen in place, almost as if he's stunned. There is not a single sign of movement other then his torso moving with his tiny breathing*

Key: *gently strokes his fur with the back of her claws* ....

Altodd: *Is still quite stunned. He quivers a bit*

Sun: *setting*

Group: *runs over to where Key and Altodd are*

Sam: Are you guys okay? Is HE okay? D:>

Key: --!! *is instantly apprehensive--the full moon was TONIGHT!* H-He's fine, I think... I hope... I-I'm not too sure about me, though...! D:>

Shidako: What are you talking about? D:/

Claire: *notices the wound on her arm* !!! You let him BITE YOU?

Everyone: !!!?

Sam: ... You're gonna turn into a werewolf?? D8

Everyone: DDDDDDDD8

Lucifer: Calm down. If she does, we'll deal with it.

Altodd: *Quivers*

Key: *still carefully pets Altodd* Nnh... D:>

Everyone: *now keeps their distance*

Lucifer: Did you break anything of Altodd's, Key?

Everyone: *stays away from Key*

Altodd: *quivering*

Key: *still lightly petting him* ...p-probably... he could barely get up...

Everyone: *away*

Lucifer: I could probably heal him. Though I am unsure if we have enough time.

Altodd: *Quivering*

Everyone: *Away*

Key: Could you please try? D:>

Everyone: *awayyyy*

Lucifer: Alright. I'll need someone to hold him down for me.

Altodd: *Quivers*

Everyone: o__o;

Key: <:( ... *puts both her hands on Altodd, gently keeping him still*

Lucifer: *Gets on his knees and burns Altodd with blue fire*

Altodd: *Lets out loud, pained howls as Lucifer does this, and immediately starts scrambling to get away*

Everyone: !!

Key: !!! *holds Altodd still* D:>

Altodd: *struggles under Key's grip, shrieking as pain blinds him once more*

Lucifer: *Keeps healing him*

Everyone: *Horrified*

Key: *apologizes over and over under her breath, glancing nervously at the horizon*

Altodd: *His fur puffing up like a sudden fire, he bites her arm in pure terror without even a single warning*

Key: *yelps in surprise, not having expected that (though she really probably should have), and tries to pull her arm away, panicking* D8>?!??!?!

Altodd: *with her pulling her arm away, his teeth rake across her arm a bit, making the wound worse, before he lets go on his own. He backs away from her, growling, still puffed up*

Key: *clamps her hand over the wound, staring at Altodd in terror--bitten, bitten by a WEREWOLF!* Oh god oh god oh god this is bad...! D8>

Altodd: *lies down, still growling at Key*

Key: Nnh... Altodd, I'm sorry...! I didn't mean it...! D:> ...

Altodd: *He whimpers from the agony he feels all over his body, but tries getting back up, only to crash down again, yowling once more*

Key: *backs away from him, hoping the distance between them will help calm him down and stop trying to run off. She feels incredibly guilty, and hates Mehnit for not healing her more quickly* ...

Altodd: *He doesn't try getting up again, but he stares at Key through his large, wet and blue eyes, nose quivering*

Key: *stares back, incredibly apologetic. she sits down, trying to make herself seem like less of a threat, keeping her hand over the bite mark which was mysteriously not healing. maybe you can't heal werewolf bites....?*

Altodd: *He stays where he is but is feels a bit less overwhelmed by Key's intimidating presence*

Key: *doesn't really expect him to forgive her anytime soon, but she's willing to wait* ...

Altodd: *Crawls a bit towards her, his puppy-mind not too sophisticated and unable to hold grudges for too long* ...

Key: ! *hadn't expected that. she stays still, unwilling to scare him away*

Altodd: *creeps an inch closer*

Key: *tentatively reaches towards him*

Altodd: *Tenses up a bit but doesn't move*

Key: *reaches a bit closer, lightly brushing his fur with the ends of her claws*

Necromancer: ! *He ducks behind a tree*

Todd: *slashes wildly at Key again*

Lucifer: HELL. D8<

Harry: DB< ...

Key: *dodges away from Todd, screaming at him angrily, and chases after the necromancer, Mehnit steering her rage towards the victim who'd make a bigger mess*

Shidako: *jumps on Todd from behind and lands on his shoulders, trying to knock him down and pin him down* D:

Necromancer: *tries stabbing at Key*

Todd: *is knocked down* ...

Harry: KILL HIM, KEY! D8<

Lucifer: Calm yourself, Harry.

Key: *bats the knife aside with her claws and stabs back* D8<

Shidako: *sits on him, holding him down* >:I

Claire: *puts her hand on Harry's shoulder and rubs it with her thumb, trying to calm him down*

Necromancer: *is hit. He falls to the ground, bleeding at a lethal rate* !

Todd: ...

Harry: *calms down a bit* >:/ ...

Lucifer: I'm starting to think that bringing Todd back to life isn't worth the hassle.

Key: *still in a pain-driven fury, she rips the guy apart*

Shidako: .__.

Sarah: Well, we have to go back to Water City anyway, don't we? D;

Claire: *watches Key out of the corner of her eyes* ... >__>;

Altodd: *runs over to Key and playfully leaps on her back*

Sam: OH shoot! ALTODD! D8

Lucifer: !

Harry: !

Necromancer: *dead*

Todd: ...

Key: !!? *grabs him and flings him off, screaming at him--it's at this point that Mehnit decides to start healing her*

Everyone: D:>!?

Altodd: *With a frightened yelp, he is flung to the ground and a few crackles are heard all over his body. He weakly picks himself up, hurt, only to tumble down again with a tiny, pained squeak*

Everyone: D8>

Todd: ...

Key: *calms down shortly afterwards as the wound heals and the pain fades. she wonders what everyone else is looking at, and follows their gaze* ?!??! Ohhhh no no no, tell me that wasn't me...! D8>

Everyone: D8>

Lucifer: It was. He was being stupid anyway. Jumped onto your back.

Altodd: *tries getting up again, but ends up yowling from the pain. Some blood snakes out of his mouth as he also bit his tongue before, and little tears form in his eyes*

Todd: ...

Everyone: D8>

Key: Ohhh no...! D8> *quickly goes over to him and kneels next to him, a bit hesitant to touch him from fear of causing him more pain* I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it...! DDD8>

Everyone: D8> ...

Altodd: *He sees Key and, despite all the pain he's in, he quickly picks himself up and scampers away from Key as fast as he possibly can, fearing her and fearing getting hurt worse*

Lucifer: There he goes. I wonder how long it will be before he crashes again.

Everyone: DDDD8> *The cute thing hurting so much makes everyone sad*

Key: !! H-Hey, wait! D:> *follows after him, hoping to get him to stop running so he won't hurt himself again*

Altodd: *After a few minutes of running, he tumbles once more, squealing. Instead of trying to run again, he pathetically drags himself away, whimpering with each little tug on the grass around him, his pink tongue poked out of the side of his mouth from his slightly unhinged jaw, which was wet from his own blood. His furry cheeks are matted down with salty tears and his chest heaved with slightly labored breathing - a sign of a broken rib. He is quite possibly the most pathetic and upsetting sight in existence, shaking with total fear of his attacker*

Key: *feels absolutely horrible for hurting him, and wishes he would stop moving so she could do something to help him--she finally manages to reach him as he slows down, and reaches down to gently pick him up*

Lucifer: *Puts a hand on her head* Do not hear Mehnit. *Releases her*

Shezmul: N... Noo...! D;<

Blood Puppet: This is getting silly. I say we just beat him over the 'ead a few times.

Iratus: (That's violent!) D:

Blood Puppet: *with a grin* I know.

Altodd: *barks at Shezmul*

Todd: ...

Key: Oof... Okay, wow, that's amazing. Finally, SILENCE... X)

Claire: *ignores the others, her tone becoming slightly more forceful* I am asking politely. Let Harry out now.

Shezmul: Nrrauuhh...! *He is forced back inside*

Hrry: D;> ...

Todd: ... *steps closer to Harry*

Lucifer: *Notices* ?

Key: *also notices, as much as she doesn't want to* ...

Claire: ? *looks over at Todd warily* ...

Todd: *takes another step forward*

Everyone: *watches him with a shared discomfort*

Harry: D; ...

Todd: *Suddenly breaks into a run, ready to swing his machete-arm at Harry*

Everyone: !!!??

Claire: !! *grabs Todd's arm to hold him back before he can attack Harry, trying to pull him away* D:<!!

Key: !!!

Todd: *punches Claire in the face* ...

Lucifer: *shouts around them* COME OUT! COME OUT, SCUM!

Necromancer: *Doesn't come out*

Harry: *Is no longer dazed* D8 !!

Claire: --?! *didn't see that coming, and is briefly stunned*

Key: D:>!! *really really doesn't want to go near Todd at ALL but...*

Shidako: *lunges at Todd, trying to knock him to the ground*

Todd: *turns and slashes at Shidako*

Harry: *runs over to Claire* !! Are you okay?? D8

Altodd: *barks angrily at Todd*

Lucifer: COME OUT!!

Shidako: !! *barely steps aside in time--she nearly has her head taken off by the blade*

Claire: *still a bit dazed* I'm fine--stop Todd first! D;

Key: Nnh... D:>

Todd: *Suddenly turns and goes for Sam*

Sam: *Is startled enough to shoot Todd in the abdomen*

Todd: *He stumbles backwards and hits a tree. Then suddenly, Todd clutches his wound and cries out in pain, sliding down the tree onto his grass. His entire demeanor suddenly changes to that of a living being, shivering, gritting his teeth from the wound, BREATHING (though labored)*

Sam: D8> !!?? WH-WHAH -- I-I didn't know he wasn't dead! DDDD8>

Lucifer: *He is suspicious* ...

Iratus: D8

Blood Puppet: ...?

Harry: *is both horrified and extremely happy to see Todd alive* <8D !! ... DDDD8> !!

Altodd: *whimpers*

Key: D8>!??!? *immediately rushes over to his aid, putting her hands over the wound to keep him from bleeding out and dying AGAIN* S-SOMEONE HELP ME! D8>

Claire: *snaps out of her brief daze* --??

Shidako: D8

Sam: Oh god, I'm sorry...! D8>

Lucifer: *barks at Key* GET AWAY FROM HIM! D8<

Harry: *to Lucifer* Hey! She's trying to save him! D8<

Todd: *still "dying". He weakly speaks* ... K-Key...

Key: *ignores Lucifer* D-Don't worry, I can help you, just shh...! D:> *transforms her hand, trying to figure out exactly how to heal him the same way Eclipse healed her back in the Blank Space*

Claire: !! Shidako, find the Necromancer, FAST!

Shidako: *takes off into the forest without delay*

Necromancer: *is hiding in the branches above them*

Todd: *suddenly slashes at Key with his machete arm, getting rid of that "alive" act put on by the necromancer in an almost genius way. The blank look returns. He goes back to not breathing*

Lucifer: !! I KNEW IT! D8<

Sam: !! I didn't kill him?? 8D I DIDN'T KILL HIM! D8

Harry: DB< !!!

Key: !? *is slashed across the chest--she quickly staggers away, hand over the rapidly-bleeding wound* D8?!??!

Shidako: *finds the necromancer, and easily scales the tree. she leaps at him, trying to knock him off his branch* D8<

Necromancer: *falls onto the ground, but quickly gets back up. He chuckles*

Todd: ... Your friend is ours to control. We can control much more than his movements.

Harry: Ssssstop...! DDDB<

Lucifer: *sets his hands alight*

Key: *soon, the pain kicks in and she screams at the necromancer, attacking him viciously* DDDDDDDDDDDD8<

Everyone: !

Eclipse: *He too goes to sleep, bracing himself for the nightmare that he knows Condemned will throw at him*

Mikenno: *wakes up early, as usual, sitting up and stretching. he glances over at Eclipse*

Eclipse: *He is startled awake by the very nightmare he suspected. He sits up and stretches* Ugh...

Some People: *Stare at the two newcomers as if they are diseased* >__>;

Mikenno: *looks back at them, frowning, not quite sure why they were giving them odd looks* ...

Eclipse: ... Come on, let's get out of here.

Mikenno: *agrees without hesitation, and quickly leaves the building with Eclipse*

Eclipse: *he wanders the city with Mikenno, looking for any sign of a job. Anything to survive on*

Key: *is trying to ignore Mehnit's rantings--she's been going on and on and on about SOMETHING all night* mnhh...

Harry: *doesn't even have time to wake up before Shezmul takes control of his body. He stumbles to his feet, eyes red, voice hidden under Shezmul's demonic one* HE'S HERE! CAN YOU SENSE HIM?? CONDEMNED! THE BASTARD'S IN CONCORDIA!! DDD8<

Everyone: *startled by this* D8 ???

Todd: ...

Key: *is quickly taken over by Mehnit before she has time to think about it* YOU MEAN YOU ONLY JUST NOTICED?!

Shezmul: This damn host's link to THE WOMAN dulls my senses! WHERE IS HE?? No -- Life City! He's THERE! D8<

Lucifer: We are NOT going to Life City so you can mindlessly slaughter more people.

Claire: *quickly moves closer and puts a hand on the side of his head, charming him* Yes, we do. Could you please let Harry come back?

Key: *eventually manages to force Mehnit back into her mind* Nugh... Jeez...

Lucifer: *applauds Key* ...

Shezmul: I-I'M NOT EFFECTED BY YOUR POWERS! D8<

Key: *holds her head in one hand, as if it hurt* Owww... Okay, am I going to have to deal with her screaming at me ALL day...?

Claire: Then I guess I'll just have to ask Harry to work a little harder, then... If he doesn't mind.

Lucifer: Yes, unfortunately. Unless you'd like me to block her out for you.

Shezmul: *Is dazed enough to forget that he is not fully transformed and doesn't have claws. He bats at Claire with his hand angrily* NRAGH! D8<

Blood Puppet: *watches, amused*

Claire: *raises an eyebrow and smirks a bit* Now now, hitting people is rude. Could you PLEASE let Harry back out?

Man: There's a homeless shelter a block from here. Not exactly the cleanest place to sleep in, but if you have no money, that's where you go.

Eclipse: Er... Thanks. :/

Mikenno: *nods to the man, then follows his directions*

Eclipse: ... And there it is, like he said. Ugh. I've already been around enough homeless people in my lifetime. I've BEEN a homeless person. >__>;

Mikenno: I know... Hopefully we won't have to stay here for long, though...

Eclipse: We'll need to get a job... SOMETHING to pay for a place to stay.

Mikenno: It's a big city, I'm sure there's SOMETHING. But for now, I say we just try to get some rest...

Mikenno: *finds his way around to the back, glancing at a few of the others already sleeping--the difference between them and those living outside was startling* ...

Eclipse: *Whispers to Mikenno* A lot of these people don't look like Overlanders... I see a lot of man-beasts and odd sort of creatures here.

Mikenno: *whispers back* Mm, I noticed that... But at least there ARE Overlanders... if this place is so diverse, I wonder why they're fighting other groups...

Eclipse: ... I was wondering the same thing. Come on though, there's some beds over there. May as well make use of them.

Mikenno: *nods, and gets into a bed with a sigh*
