Have you tried GameFAQs? Or maybe just googleing a walkthrough. Cause I've got no clue. It's been way too long I guess.

Go to the Temple of Time and turn back into a kid, then go to Kakkariko Village and jump down the well. It's in there somewhere. Then you beat up Bongo Bongo (big ghost dummer, watch you don't get smacked by the giant invisible hands.)

At least, I think that's right...I'm reasonably sure. And I don't remember anything about the inside of the well itself, my brother did that part.
