Bethan? I see someone isnt in the very best of moods. We may not know each other much, but I still care about you like a very close friend.

I have no idea what is bothering you, but it can be fixed. There are 3 things you can do.
1. You can hold onto the things/thoughts/ect, and nothing'll change.
2. You can work your way through the problems so you dont have to deal with them. Tell yourself you can. You're strong.
3. You can change the problem and fix it.

But whatever you do, please dont hold onto such problems, in yourself and your mind. That only brings more stress and may make more problems and those things arent worth holding onto. There is another thing you could do, though. Just to get the stress away. Make a list, 10 things or longer, write everything you are happy for and proud of. I mean everything, even the most small of things, like having a bed to sleep on. Just anything.
Anyway, hope you feel better! If you ever want help from someone, talk to one of your best friends, or me. CB Be happy you do have people that care about you, if no one liked you, then they wouldnt be wondering what's going on. You cant make ones who care about you go away. You're a good person. <3

You know for a whole week I'd been so stressed out I'd been self-sabotaging and so burning with rage I'd shed tears more than once a day, with that being said I logged on to F-C due to habbit and saw this yearly in the day.
I don't think I've been so calm for weeks. Thankyou man it's really helped me.

I once fell asleep in the bath and had one. the whole bath water went copper. At least I didn't drown.
I've hand many in sleep- you eventually learn the feeling of when one will come in a few days or whatever, or in a few seconds, and you can wake up when it happens LOL. But they're not painful.
