Do you want to draw on the computer? IF you mean a computer program, I can think of MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Painter Studios. (Sorry for the obvious information D:) Those are all pretty pricey, though. Adobe Photoshop can come as Photoshop Elements, which is cheaper, but not as advanced.

I don't know, but I think it's easier to start by coloring on paper. There are always online tutorials to teach you how to draw in markers and color pencils and the like. They're fairly easy to find on DA.

No, but I've heard about it alot on Youtube. So, being the typical geek that I am, I hunted it up on Wikipedia. All I understood about the show was that Lucy was an experiment that becomes sweet and nice when mistreated, and cold and abusive when treated with kindness. Is that even right? :D
