You would have a similiar feel from the movie black hawk down. Its about 10 years after the original Resident Evil, Chris Redfield is assigned to investigate a incident that happened in the desert area. but obviously there are zombie type creatures trying to ruin Chris Redfields Plan.  
 
Realistic Feels.
Enviroments
Unloading and Reloading Guns ( AS ALWAYS)
Extreme Heat ( You must find shadow or shaded areas so you won't get over heated or die)
 
And yes it will release somewhere in 2009.
