one of my best Big Cheese Polly pics i only had head shots so i improvised on the bodies and outfits

i put Polly in a dress and out of helmet and armor^^

i got it on google but it would not stay animated for me

so a friend of mine got to stay animated resized

but google has avatars under images or just type into google animated gifs avatars

For a flash animation, first, you have to create a series of pictures you want to animate, one after the other. That's for sure... It was a very long time ago, when I did a flash animation. Let's see... After you did the sketches, you should run a test animation, where you can see how good job you made with the backgrounds, the movements etc. If you wanna make the animation with the same background you can import it it first, then create the other stuff, or you can use Photoshop to draw each of your pic. after that's complete, and all the pictures are imported to the program, you have to define how fast do you want to play it (picture/second). You should run several test animations, untill you reach the most fluent animation. When that's done, you may export it into a GIF file.
I think you can even add some music files to your animation, but I do not know how to deal with that.;D Hope I made myself clear, if ya have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, I'll try to help.;D

Yes, I know how to make flash animation, but unfortunately, I do not have the necesarry program anymore...
