Heh, sorry, I've just kind of been craving a nice story.

Oh I agree... where do we start?! OwO What anime or video game are we basing our story from?

Dunno, or do we want to start up an original story?

Also, any genre we wish to focus on? Fantasy? School? Post-Apocalyptic? Romance? Heros fighting against evil? 
An RP which has the characters switching between their real lives and a Virtual Reality video game that they both play? Friends in real life or meet through the game and start to meet up in real life? Maybe friends in the game, and know each other in real life but don't know that the other is their game friend? 

An RP following two characters who have had super powers awaken within them, and have chosen to take the path of the hero and fight against those who have taken to a life of crime?

A fantasy world where all has begun to crumble as strange creatures which were once thought to be myths have made a sudden appearance? 

Dunno, a few random base ideas. 

Oooooooo, those all sound really good! I love the idea that the characters are friends in the game and decide to be friends in real life! Kinda like a Sword Art Online thing goin on. XD Love it! With game creatures that somehow escape the game world and try living amongst humans by using their morphing abilities! That's how the game friends become friends in real life, they have to fight the fantasy creatures oozing out into the real world!...

Heh, may or may not work as the character I'm thinking of using has lost an eye and some mobility in one of her arms. (Tragic backstory? Tragic backstory/ reason for why she got into VR gaming.) Though, if we wanted to keep some realism to the story, it could also be a game which allows the player to play within the real world that comes out after our characters have met up in the real world? Maybe a big tournament of some kind? Or go complete magical realism with something causing creatures to come to life and terrorize the poor mortals for a dastardly purpose.

It's okay and it don't matter to me or we can just make it up as we go? We got a base to start! =w=

Yeah, we can always just make it up as we go! So long as we have the base idea, we should be fine! Though, do we want our characters to look like their real bodies in the game? Or have them actually create avatars that don't look like them at all?

My character's going to be named Fuyuka Yuki, and I have a good idea for her personality, so we're good to start. 

That's a fabulous name! Well, I think I want my character to look different in the game but... quick question. What type of game are we playing, like what can I relate it to? Kingdom Hearts style, GTA style, RPG style?

I'm partial to having the game be a magic/fantasy, in the vane of Elder Scroll games or ALO, so, an RPG and up to us if we want playable races/flight/magic in the game.

Ok sounds good! I can imagine an Elder Scrolls Universe. Let's go!
(In the game) From a distance you see Xi running out of the dense forest with her bow and arrows attached to her back. She stumbles but then quickly regains herself. Panting heavily...
Xi: Come on... COME ON!

Yuki moved with a fluid grace, or however graceful one could run while half twisted backwards and blade held ready. Around her the trees shivered, bushes rustled, the only sign of their pursuers. An urging call came from the forest's edge, the girl she had partnered with before this whole mess started. "I am coming!" Yuki called back, turning fully forward and focusing fully on reaching the forest's edge. She broke the tree line, not far from the archer Xi, and kept her pace steady as she rushed to close the gap between them.

Xi: Do you still see them?! (breathing heavily while keeping pace with Yuki)
More rustling can be heard closer to the forest's edge line.

Yuki cast a glance back over her shoulder, eyes darting along the treeline as she attempted to catch a glimpse of their pursuers. Low shrubs shivered and twitched as something or several somethings threatened to break through. "Nothing's broken through yet, but it's drawing close!" Her gaze shifted to Xi, "So what's the plan, try to make a das to a safe zone?"
